Any idea for the best UK recruitment agents specialised in structured product business at a very senior level?

  • I use Huxley Associates (now Huxley Global Markets apparently) to hire into my team globally. They seem to have a solid grasp of the structured products space, knowing the key players, what makes a good candidate etc. They've always been transparent and efficient and I don't often feel the need to use any other firms. Hope this helps

  • You could also try the likes of Clifden Partners, Omerta Group, or I-Search - all are more focused on search than touting CVs, and operate at a senior level.
