Low £12k-16 year 1 Edward Jones Financial Advisors get paid very low basic and every year the basic gets lower - because they want you to become dependant on commission. They tell you that you could theoretically earn £40k Year 1, but thats making £20-25k commission - which is unlikely for a rookie!
