Answer this questionFirst thing is stop looking at eFC and start networking. Chances that you will fins something at this website are quite low

i got the feeling that head hunters are selecting very few cv so even if you answers to them they may not forward your cv. I therefore suggest to contact directly the listing members of what you are looking for
