What is the average bonus (as % of base pay) for London based private equity associates in a mid tier fund?

  • I seriously doubt there is an answer to that. Its "easier" to try and gauge junior pay in IBD, but the nature of PE (fund size, sector focus, returns and others) make this a difficult task. And dont trust what people tell you!
