What could I expect from a trainee stockbroker role?

  • Depending on the quality of the company: lots of cold calls/gathering leads for at least a year or so, then onto account opening, after you have a certain amount of accounts you would go onto managing the accounts (Senior Broker) which is when ££ comes into play. It’s great if you can get past the gruelling first year or so, but if you aspire to be such, stay dedicated and enthusiastic, you can reap the financial rewards!
