Answer this questionit will be my first job, just out of uni, but I was just concerend it is in a sector that is floundering with a slim deal flow. the compensation is pretty good, tho i guess im just comparing it to m&a bonus figures I have heard banded about which it will inevitably look meagre against. i guess experience is the imp part, chances of me staying in one sector for my whole career are slim anyway!

It's called a foot in the door, and in this job market it is USUALLY worth more than anything. Forget the bonus, and concentrate on experience, networking and getting a grounding, if you don't already have it that is.
