What is the market like in project finance (commodities focussed right now)? Redundancy? Bonus rates?

What sort of careers are available to a junior who has spent 3-4 years in commodities related project finance in an investment bank? What sort of bonus range should one be expecting in these kinds of roles? What is the outlook for this sector? Any comment will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
