  • Compensation is an art not a science, and so it is difficult to apply a price tag to a similar role in Paris. However, factors to bear in mind are: Paris pays less than London (typically) - use your current compensation as the benchmark - are you an ex-pat in Paris or on local terms? I assume that you are with the same firm, in which case there should not be a significant drop in pay - you need to discuss with HR. I hope this gives you some help.
